Virtual Design Consultations

Your home is your refuge. We take the health and safety of our community seriously, and aim to provide our clients with the best possible customer experience. We are now offering two types of complimentary no-contact virtual consultations for our interior design services:

• Video Call Consultations – This is possible using Skype, Facetime, and Google Duo. Together, we will virtually tour your home and discuss your ideas.
• Phone Call Consultations – If you prefer not to video chat, we are happy to look at pictures of your home’s interior and discuss your project over the phone. 

We make the process as seamless as possible. Based on our discussions, we create a design for you that reflects your needs and tastes using products from our wide array of trusted and well-known suppliers. We’re there every step of the way from inspiration to installation.

Please note that due to frequently changing business operations with our vendors across the country, delivery timelines and project logistics will be discussed over the phone. 

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the process work? 

We schedule a convenient time to meet over the phone for about 30 minutes.  You could do a brief live video of the space you need help with. We discuss your needs, talk about ideas, products that would benefit the plan and set a budget that you are comfortable with.  Once you release us to do the design, we set up our second virtual meeting which would include the proposed layout of the space and suggested products as well.  

How do I pay for your interior design services? 

If there are products that we can provide to your project such as rugs, furniture, window treatments, accessories etc, there are no additional fees for our services.

How long does the design process take? 

Once we are released to do the plan, we normally set up our second appointment a week or two out, depending on the scope of the project.

How will the design be presented?

With the new restrictions, we are presenting our designs via Zoom or other various options.

What if I want to see fabric, rug and paint samples? 

We are totally open to setting up a visit, possibly outside on a nice day where we can abide by the local restrictions to show you samples 

Will I be able to receive a hard copy of my room design? 

Absolutely! Once we have a signed agreement and are under contract to move forward together, we will release the design to you.
